Rex Implants, Inc. is a US-based company of the Mectron Group, which is known throughout the world as the innovator behind Piezosurgery technology.

Rex Implants, are committed to researching, developing, and offering innovative surgical solutions in implantology.

The year 2012, was when the evolution of the development of innovative wedge-shaped dental implants began. These implants are aimed at reducing invasiveness while providing outstanding long-term results.

The Piezo Implant System launched in Europe in 2018 and was recently cleared by the FDA following the completion of extensive clinical studies that have shown the long-term safety and efficacy of our products. All products in the Piezo Implant System, including our unique rexpanders®, are designed, tested, and manufactured in the USA.

Rex is an Implant Designed for the Anatomy

The REX Piezo Implant System was designed to manage reduced crestal width. Its rectangular section mimics the anatomy of the residual crestal bone, allowing for adequate bone thickness to be preserved on the vestibular and lingual sides.

This level of bone preservation is not possible with traditional, screw-form implants because their circular section poses a geometrical discrepancy with the anatomy.

Rex dental implants are designed with a focus on enhancing patient outcomes and improving the efficiency of dental procedures

Innovations

  1. **Advanced Materials**: Rex implants often utilize high-grade titanium or titanium alloys that promote osseointegration, ensuring strong bonding with the jawbone.
  2. **Surface Technology**: Many Rex implants feature specialized surface treatments that increase the surface area for better bone integration and faster healing times.
  3. **Design Variability*: Available in various shapes and sizes, Rex implants can accommodate diverse clinical situations, making them versatile for different patient needs.
  4. **Digital Integration**: Some models integrate with digital technologies, allowing for precise placement and customization through 3D imaging and planning tools.

Features

  1. **Improved Success Rates**: Optimal clinical outcomes implant site preparation with Piezosurgery® and proprietary ridge expanders preserve bone and enhances healing and osseointegration even in challenging anatomical situations. A combination of innovative materials and design leads to high success rates in implant procedures.
  2. **Patient Comfort**: Reduced healing time and less invasive procedures enhance overall patient comfort. Fewer surgical stages and less follow-up visits
  3. **Aesthetic Outcomes**: The design facilitates better cosmetic results, helping to maintain the natural appearance of teeth.
